Van den Herik has been performing remediation work since […]. Over the years, we have acquired wide-ranging experience with all sorts of projects, and remediation has become one of our specialist areas. Van den Herik is certified to BRL SIKB 7000 standard, protocols 7001 and 7003. This means that we are licensed to carry out almost all regular remediation jobs. Of course, we adhere to terms of CROW publication P132, ‘Working with contaminated soil and polluted groundwater’ (‘werken met verontreinigde grond en verontreinigd (grond)water’).

Van den Herik is familiar with most Dutch dredge spoil dumps. The combination of working with contaminated soil and other areas, such as detecting conventional explosives is also a field in which we have plenty of experience.
In the context of remediation, we work with various renowned engineering and other consultancies. The combination of knowledge of the subject matter, practical understanding, and effective compliance with? of legislation and dumping requirements is the key to this.

Van den Herik has a range of dredgers that can be used for remediation, earth movers and other such plant and equipment. Above all else, we firmly believe in thorough project management. This means that we always strive to find a suitable solution for every location, regardless of whether the site in question is in the country or the city centre.
