Van den Herik-Sliedrecht has two independently-operating subsidiaries, Gebr. Schouls B.V. (Leiden) and Jaartsveld B.V. (Varsseveld). Schouls is involved in many civil engineering projects, whereas Jaartsveld is a specialist road contractor.

Hydraulic technology, civil engineering and road building, all within one group. Each company makes use of the others' know-how and experience. Synergy is the result of combined efforts in the tendering process for civil engineering projects.
