In line with RAW terms

This is the framework for work and design for which the customer is responsible, to be carried out by Van den Herik.

This applies, for instance, to the construction of a quay in Harlingen for Wetterskip Fryslân.

Management under a long-range performance-related contract

We can draft a strategy for work and management based on the wishes of the customer, for instance management of the banks and groynes of the Waal.

Construction team

At an early stage of the proceedings, we can be brought on board to help solve your problem using our extensive civil and hydraulic engineering experience to help you achieve the best possible solution.

Integrated contracts such as Design & Build and Turnkey

More and more parties are opting for the D/B contract form. This entails Van den Herik both designing the project and carrying out construction. As we have our own engineering consultancy, we can take care of all phases of the project for you. For instance, we modified a 7 km stretch of the Amsterdam-Rhine Canal where vessels can moor.

Van den Herik has experience with all contract forms and has sufficient qualified staff to set up projects, carry them out and supervise them.

Imagine you run a marina. It needs dredging, but everything else is in order. Our plant and equipment is available for you to hire. Alternatively, if you want to build or run a marina but don't have the required specialist knowledge, you can turn to us. Our team is on hand to design, advise, apply for licences and permissions, and perform any construction work in accordance with local rules and regulations.
